Tubbo Merch Shipping 2026: Delivery Times and Tips

You've just watched Tubbo's latest stream and that new hoodie design is stuck in your head. You're ready to hit buy, but then the question hits: How long will it take to arrive? Whether you're planning to wear it to a viewing party or just want to avoid that anxious waiting game, knowing Tubbo merch shipping times can make all the difference. This guide breaks down exactly what to expect in 2026.

How Long Does Tubbo Merch Take to Ship?

Most Tubbo merch is made on demand - that means production starts after you order. Standard US delivery takes 5-10 business days from the moment you place your order. That includes 2-4 days for printing and packaging, then 3-6 days in transit.

Production vs. Transit Time

Many first-time buyers don't realize the clock starts after your item is made. The store clearly states processing takes 2-4 business days before shipping. If you order a hoodie on Monday, it might not leave the facility until Thursday. Then the 5-10 day window begins.

Express Options

Need it faster? USPS Priority shipping cuts transit to 2-4 business days, but processing stays the same. So total time goes from 5-10 down to 4-8 business days. Worth it for events or just impatience. Look for the upgrade option at checkout.

Understanding Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Shipping costs depend on what you order and where you live. A t-shirt ships for $4.99 standard, while a hoodie might run $6.99 due to weight. International rates start at $12.99 for economy and go up from there.

Free Shipping Threshold

Spend over $60 and standard US shipping is free. That's a solid deal when you consider a hoodie plus a tee usually hits that mark. Combine items to save $5-7 on delivery. The threshold applies before tax and works for all US addresses.

Why Costs Vary

Print-on-demand means each package ships individually if you order multiple items. But Tubbo's store consolidates if you buy in one cart. So you get one shipping charge, not several. Always bundle your order to avoid per-item fees.

International Shipping for Tubbo Fans

Yes, Tubbo ships worldwide. International economy takes 10-20 business days, express runs 5-10. Customs can add a few days on top, so budget extra time if you're outside the US.

Tracking and Customs

Every international order gets tracking - you'll see updates until it leaves the US. After that, your local carrier takes over. I've found that tracking sometimes pauses at customs for 2-3 days. That's normal. Don't panic if it sits there.

Duties and Taxes

Import fees aren't included in the purchase price. Some countries charge VAT or duties on packages over a certain value. Check your country's threshold before ordering. For example, UK fans might pay 20% VAT on orders over £135. The store won't cover those costs.

What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed

Delays happen. The most common cause is high demand after a stream or drop. If your order passes the estimated delivery window, start by checking tracking. Sometimes it's still in transit with no scan update.

First Steps

Wait 2-3 business days past the expected date before reaching out. Many packages arrive without a final scan. Contact the store through their contact form with your order number. They typically respond within 24 hours and can investigate.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your local post office. Print-on-demand merchants generally aren't responsible for packages marked delivered, but they'll often help file a claim. Pro tip: ship to a secure location, not a mailbox if possible.
